Welcome to the book summary application of ‘60 Seconds’! Our aim is to provide the authors with a platform where they can reach out to more readers through their 60 seconds video book summary.
To help make the ‘60 Seconds’ community wholesome and positive for everyone, make sure that you always follow our guidelines whenever you use the app. Always remember that you are in charge of yourself and your actions, not of other people, so treat others as you wish to be treated!
These Guidelines apply to all content on ‘60 Seconds’ App. Media partners agree to additional guidelines, including the requirement that their content is properly fact-checked and accurate. In certain cases, we won’t take action against content when it is newsworthy and relates to a matter of political, social, or other general concern to our community.
Sexually Explicit Content
Keep it clean. We prohibit accounts that promote or distribute book summaries that are pornographic in nature.
Do not ever post, save, or send nude or sexual content involving anyone of any age— even of yourself. Do not ever ask a minor to send explicit imagery or chats. We take this seriously and report child sexual exploitation to authorities.
Harassment & Bullying
We have zero-tolerance for bullying or harassment of any kind.
Don’t send a video with the intention of making someone feel bad. If someone blocks you, don’t try to contact them from another account.
Don’t take videos of people in private spaces — like a bathroom, locker room or a medical facility — without their knowledge and consent.
If someone is in your video and asks you to remove it, please do!
Threats, Violence & Harm
Never threaten to harm a person, a group of people, or someone’s property. Encouraging violence is prohibited on ‘60 Seconds’ App.
Don’t post book summaries of gratuitous violence, including animal abuse.
We don’t allow the glorification of self-harm, including the promotion of self-injury or eating disorders.
Impersonation & Spam
Be open, honest and transparent with yourself and others. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not — this includes your friends, celebrities, brands, or other organizations — or attempt to deceive people about who you are.
We prohibit spam and deceptive practices, including content that imitates ‘60 Seconds’ ad formats.
Hate Speech & False Information
Don’t post any book summary that defames, demeans, or promotes discrimination or violence based on national origin, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
We strongly prohibit malicious deception and deliberately spreading false information that causes harm, such as denying the existence of tragic events.
’60 Seconds’ is a vertical book summary video platform and hence we encourage the authors to record vertical videos. This provides a richer viewing experience.

Also, we encourage you to upload good quality videos that you are proud of. ’60 Seconds’ app is a nourishing, encouraging space for great book summary videos. If you ever upload a test content, we encourage you to delete it. Our content moderators will keep a constant watch on the videos and have been instructed to delete any such videos. We thank you for your understanding.
